customer service late check-out detailed attention

Gladwell provided Really good customer service at check-in. Saber accommodated a late check-out request efficiently and kindly. the HOTEL beautifully arranged a room to celebrate a personal milestone. This was pretty good.

i found a slight delay when waiting for THE upgraded room to be prepared.

monotonous breakfast faulty thermostat

The location was very central and convenient for accessing different facilities.

The breakfast was very monotonous with hardly any variation at the buffet during the week I stayed. There was only one coffee machine available. The thermostat in the shower was not changed despite repeated requests it only had three temperatures cold lukewarm and hot.

The room offered a great view. The space was generous, and I especially loved the beds. They provided a good night's sleep, which I found important after long days.

I notice a small stale smell of cigarette smoke. This smell bothered me a bit and I do wish I had not smelled that. Smoking is not something I support.
